Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team, ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community for residents.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings, a passion for working with seniors, strong communication skills, and knowledge of laundry and housekeeping procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior maintenance supervision in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required.
• Minimum of one year of prior maintenance supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance department activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep the community sanitary, attractive, and orderly in good repair.
• Address hazards in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
• Provide quality laundry service.
