Job summary

West Shore is seeking a full-time Maintenance Coordinator for one of our apartment communities. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, and working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you will organize, schedule and track all maintenance activity at the community.

This role serves as the central point of communication between residents, the office team, maintenance staff and outside vendors. The position requires polished, organized, and professional team members with strong

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with maintenance operations and related software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter and prioritize resident work orders in the property management system.
• Assign work orders to technicians based on priority and workload.
• Monitor progress and ensure completion within timeframes.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor on projects.
• Communicate with residents regarding work orders professionally.
• Maintain maintenance records, warranties, and compliance documentation.
