Responsibilities

• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Perform grounds maintenance and light landscaping.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to complete projects and work orders.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance (fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, etc.).
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance (leaks, drains, lines).
• Paint, carpentry, and masonry tasks as needed.
• Maintain HVAC systems—repair and replace components.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance.
• Read manuals to perform maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergencies after hours as required.
• Work flexible hours and maintain safety standards.
