Ideal candidates will have at least two years of mechanical experience or a trades school degree, with knowledge of forklifts, pumps, hydraulics, and marine equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a mechanic or trades school degree.
• Proficiency with general equipment (forklifts, pumps, hydraulics, motors, small engines, marine equipment).
• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair and maintain machinery including engines, hydraulics, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Identify problems using instruments and testing equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols.
• Complete inspections and report deviations.
