Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains and analyzes deficiencies in equipment or facility and makes necessary repairs.
• Disassembles equipment and repairs or replaces faulty components using hand tools.
• Performs mechanical repairs on processes, equipment, fixtures, and unit operations.
• Acts as a millwright; installs and tests production equipment and fabricates parts as needed.
• Replaces hydraulic and pneumatic parts; changes bearings, chains, belts, and shafts.
• Repairs and replaces pumps; performs basic pipefitting and layout.
• Occasionally works on weekends/holidays and uses a full set of tools.
