Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience; 6 months in Hexcel Casa Grande may substitute for 1 year.
• Proficient with tape measure and ruler.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals; write routine reports.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Processes printed aluminum foil into sheets and stacks into proper sequence for honeycomb lay up.
• Operates LUM machine and press, ensuring material quality and adjusting as needed.
• Sets up equipment and conducts or requests in-process checks.
• Maintains records of materials used, rejects, and acceptable materials.
• Works to safety rules and company procedures.
