Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Muscatine, IA. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on cup packagers, carton sealing and related equipment. You will read blueprints, operate measuring tools, and document work while adhering to safety protocols.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with six months or more related experience. The shift is Saturday through Monday, 7am–7pm, with pay starting at $26.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; vocational training desired.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability with basic measurement tools.
• Able to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on cup packagers and carton sealer.
• Maintain PMC and thermoforming cup forming machines; repair conveying equipment.
• Complete required records; follow Lockout/Tagout procedures; ensure safety and housekeeping.
