Amcor in Muscatine, IA is seeking a Production Associate RP MD to support the Mold ing department. You will ensure containers and lids meet quality standards through inspection, assembly, labeling, and efficient cycle timing on Saturday through Monday shifts.

This hourly role emphasizes adherence to EHS/GMP policies, safe lifting, and accurate documentation. The position offers progression tiers and competitive starting pay with a shift differential.

Qualifications

• Capable of keeping pace with production cycles.
• Time management, dexterity, and high attention to detail.
• Tolerance of repetitive tasks.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods.
• Able to lift, bend, and reach as needed.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds safely.
• Able to read alpha/numeric descriptions.
• Willing to work weekends/overtime/holidays as production demands.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all EHS/GMP policies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Inspect finished products and notify on issues.
• Assemble products by installing gaskets in lids and handles.
• Stack/pack products per customer requirements.
• Prepare product labels.
• Assist with material handling.
• Assist with line clearance and changeovers.
• Manage product flow through automation and report issues.
• Perform 5S during downtime and cleaning duties.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
