You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing domains while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and/or construction.
• May require licensing in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Test and operate emergency power supply systems (EPSS) and components.
• Install/maintain/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, oxygen, and telephone systems.
• Work independently within assigned timeframes under supervisor guidance.
• Keep knowledge up to date on facility systems and regulatory standards.
• Perform maintenance, building repairs, and equipment overhauls as needed.
