Qualifications

• Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Prev. experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction is desirable.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Test and operate emergency power supply systems and components.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, and related systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to repairs promptly.
• Document work and follow supervisor directions.
