We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our 2nd shift team. Responsibilities

• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with various machinery and equipment.
• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Complying with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of machine maintenance plans.
• Documenting all performed work and the conditions found; utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary.
• Assisting in the training of other mechanics and operators to perform preventive maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage.
