Qualifications

  • Maintenance Professional certification preferred.

  • Salary: $25.96 to $35.11 per hour

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility.

• Install, test, maintain and repair mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled orneeded.
• Perform utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/externaltrades.
• Inspect and test equipment.
• Document and maintain records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies andwarranty/vendor requirements.
• Requisition materials and supplies, maintains inventory.
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:


• Maintenance Professional preferred.
• Maintenance Professional specializing in Mechanics preferred.


Education:


• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
