Volt in the San Fernando Valley is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for a full-time 1st shift. You will troubleshoot machinery, perform preventive maintenance, read manuals, and inspect for faults using hand and power tools.

As a Maintenance Mechanic you will:

• Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance and service.
• Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
• Inspecting machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections.
• Using a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.
• Cleaning, repairing and installing equipment and parts as needed

This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.

Pay Rate: $23-28/hr

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.
• Knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Bilingual a plus.
