Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory control, materials coordination, purchasing support, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with a CMMS (FMX preferred) or similar inventory system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance parts, supplies, tools, and consumables.
• Perform cycle counts and process authorized inventory adjustments.
• Identify replenishment needs and prepare purchase requisitions for approval.
• Receive and verify incoming materials against documentation and update records.
• Organize the maintenance parts room for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Deliver parts, tools, and supplies to maintenance personnel as needed.
• Coordinate material availability for preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergencies.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to prevent shortages.
• Track outstanding requisitions and coordinate returns or replacements as directed.
• Identify excess or obsolete inventory and suggest cost-saving improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping in the parts area.
