Job summary

Wis-Pak in Watertown, WI seeks a maintenance supervisor to lead a skilled team responsible for reliable equipment and safe, compliant facilities. You will plan daily work, oversee preventative maintenance, and manage upgrades and capital projects to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in maintenance leadership, strong electrical knowledge, and experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley). A focus on safety, quality, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of trades training and/or several years of maintenance leadership experience.
  • Industrial electrical knowledge and familiarity with NEC/NFPA standards.
  • Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence reading blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and leadership.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and doing things the right way.

About the Role
