Job summary

Wis-Pak Inc. is seeking a high-impact plant leader in Wisconsin to drive safety, quality, efficiency, and innovation across operations. You will champion a safe work environment, lead cross-functional teams, and guide continuous improvement through the WPMS framework.

You’ll shape capital and operating budgets, participate in Food Safety and Audit activities, and coach your team to consistently meet production goals while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, and SharePoint.
