Job summary

Wis-Pak in Watertown, Wisconsin is seeking a high- impact facility leader to drive safety, quality, efficiency and innovation across production operations.

You will champion a safe, compliant environment, lead cross-functional teams, shape capital and operating budgets, and participate in our Food Safety and Audit Teams while mentoring staff to meet production goals. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; we will not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SharePoint, and other business tools.
