Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all maintenance support to factory operational equipment and general facility maintenance.
• Direct and coordinate maintenance department activities to improve equipment availability and maintenance processes.
• Manage KPIs of planning/scheduling and oversee work order management system.
