Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to schedule maintenance and engineering work. You will use the CMMS system to plan preventive, predictive, and project maintenance aligned with the production schedule.

You’ll support line mechanics, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A 2-year technical degree and 3 years’ manufacturing/maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical or AA degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3 years experience in a Manufacturing, Maintenance, & Engineering environment.
• Maintenance planner experience preferred, including coordinating maintenance activities with production.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, MP2, MLS).
• 3 years experience as a mechanic or in a hands-on role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan Predictive, Preventive, and Condition Based Maintenance with production input.
• Manage CMMS data including BOMs, PMs, and related information.
• Monitor work order backlog and schedule timely completion.
• Audit data entry quality in SAP/AMM and train staff as needed.
• Evaluate notifications and convert to work orders or provide feedback.
• Track Workorder Completion, Backlog, and Schedule Compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects with operations and engineering.
• Generate and distribute KPI trends and CMMS reports.
