Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Associate Maintenance Planner for our 1st shift.

You will prioritize and plan maintenance work to optimize technician effectiveness, lead root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes using the CMMS and data from multiple sources. You will collaborate with Production Planning, Engineering, and Maintenance teams, develop spare parts lists, support inventory and purchasing, and coach technicians while ensuring safety and

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Maintenance planning experience preferred, bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
Experience with CMMS and SAP preferred.
Proficient in spreadsheets, presentations, email, and databases.

Responsibilities

Prioritizes, plans, and supports maintenance work with affected departments; assembles plans, resources, and references.
Leads analysis of maintenance history and root cause analysis.
Champions continuous process improvement in maintenance operations.
Assists with CMMS, inventory control, and purchasing as needed.
Documents and improves maintenance tasks with cross-functional teams.
Generates and tracks maintenance KPIs to monitor performance.
