Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to oversee a production shift and ensure safe, high-quality output. You will lead up to 20+ employees, manage staffing, and enforce lean practices to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with high-speed production, and a solid grasp of safety and quality systems. Collaboration with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities is essential to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food and beverage preferred).
• High-speed production experience.
• Proven team leadership ability.
• Strong safety, quality, and production knowledge.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems; familiarity with TQM and data-driven problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word for productivity tracking.
• Experience with SAP or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 20 or more production employees and manage schedules.
• Hires, on-boards, and supervises full-time and temporary staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to quality processes.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Track shift productivity and operate within budget using lean methods.
• Maintain inventory control procedures to achieve accuracy goals.
• Report food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance to plant or division leadership.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
