Job summary

Bodycote is seeking a Maintenance Manager based in Fremont, CA. You will lead the mechanical maintenance department and serve as the SME for repairs and maintenance of mechanical process equipment.

You will provide daily maintenance support and capital project support under the General Manager's direction. The role requires supervising maintenance teams, ensuring health and safety performance, and coordinating with operations for scheduled shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related discipline.
• Ten years cumulative maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• ITAR compliance requires US citizenship or permanent resident status.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance and installation of equipment in thermal processing applications.
• Monitors health, safety and environmental performance of department and staff.
• Directs scheduling of daily and monthly maintenance activities and shutdowns.
• Uses CMMS for work orders and preventive maintenance management.
• Manages capital projects and supplier relations.
