Job summary

Saint-Gobain’s Fremont, CA facility seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering initiatives across operations. You will drive preventive and predictive programs, oversee budgets, and push continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain, and a deep background in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 8–10 years in a manufacturing environment managing maintenance, engineering, and operations.
• Experience leading multiple high‑level projects with focus on safety, quality, reliability, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Plan, schedule, budget, and monitor maintenance activities to optimize labor and materials use.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for persistent issues.
