Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to transform maintenance operations at our Tallahassee site, leading Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, developing strategic maintenance programs, and driving safety and continuous improvement.

You will balance preventative maintenance with real-time problem solving, manage budgets, and collaborate with operations to deliver reliable performance. Travel up to 15% domestically may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Maintenance Managers and their teams to drive maintenance excellence.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage site budgets.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and audited across all sites.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate with external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives.
