Job summary

C&W Services in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee site maintenance operations and ensure equipment reliability. You will report to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager and drive safety, efficiency, and team development.

The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, KPI tracking (PM/PdM, OEE), supervision of technicians, collaboration with operations, and accurate CMMS data to enable continuous improvements for the client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends as required by operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant management experience.
• Experience with conveyors and robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations at a single site to ensure reliability.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs such as PM/PdM completion rates and OEE.
• Supervise and coach maintenance technicians and conduct regular 1:1s.
• Coordinate with MM/RMM and act as on-site liaison for operations.
• Maintain CMMS data and support budget compliance and inventory health.
