Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent education.
• 3–5 years of progressive maintenance leadership in a process manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance planning, scheduling, and reliability initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with safety, quality, production, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the maintenance organization to ensure reliable plant operations.
• Drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to meet production goals.
• Reduce reactive maintenance and optimize preventive/predictive strategies.
• Ensure data-driven decisions using CMMS and RCA outcomes.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Production, and Engineering to improve OEE.
