Marmon Utility LLC seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-discipline maintenance team in a manufacturing facility. You will coordinate schedules, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, cost control, and strong leadership. You will develop maintenance procedures, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement with operations staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years maintenance experience in complex industrial manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role such as Maintenance Supervisor/ الملكة.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluate equipment to determine maintenance or repairs needed.
• Plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with departmental budget estimates and costs of repairs.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules with operations staff.
• Maintain critical spare parts lists and inventory to avoid downtime.
• Track maintenance activities using the maintenance management program.
• Support Capital Expense requests with data.
• Maintain equipment documentation and updates.
