Job summary

MonoSol is seeking a senior maintenance leader to steer the maintenance organization across plant assets, driving safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. You will provide strategic direction for planning, scheduling, and execution aligned with production goals and asset reliability targets.

You will champion data-driven decision making using X5 CMMS data and EWOs for root-cause analysis, lead cross-functional Safety, Quality, and Engineering collaboration, and manage outages, budgets, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent education may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership and development of maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize uptime.
• Drive reliability-centered maintenance and RCA (EWOs).
• Ensure safe, cost-effective maintenance with strong safety culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Engineering.
• Oversee use of CMMS, PMs, and asset history for decision making.
• Manage maintenance budget and drive continuous improvement.
