Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Highlands Ranch, CO to lead a maintenance team, partner with the Community Manager, and ensure operations meet Equity standards. You will manage repairs, safety, and resident services while supporting capital projects.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC/electrical knowledge, and strong communication. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required, with on-site responsibilities and shift

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with property management data and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Community Manager to drive property objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Equity standards and safety procedures.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and prepare market-ready apartments.
• Analyze property financials and provide status reports.
• Oversee capital improvements and inventory control.
