Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Aurora, CO to lead the property maintenance team and ensure safe, functional, and appealing homes for residents.

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs, mentor staff, manage on-call rotations, and support budget goals while adhering to codes. This role requires 4+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety, quality standards, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in custodial/ maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn).
• On-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.
• Ability to read policies and procedures including safety and maintenance policies.
• Knowledge of PPE and chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team and provide guidance daily.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for efficiency.
• Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.
• Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and ensure resident safety.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
