Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across communities, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances. You will drive preventive maintenance, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with on-site teams to deliver exceptional living experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of apartment maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features (pools, spas).
• Two years of people management experience preferred; ability to supervise and develop teammates.
• EPA Type I/II Certification where applicable.
• CPO certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for one or more communities, overseeing physical building aspects and systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance to meet Vivmark's standards and legal requirements.
• Conduct property visits with onsite supervisor to improve team performance.
• Ensure timely on-call responses and documentation of time worked.
