Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in a similar role.
• Supervisory experience is a strong plus.
• Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CMMS.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Directing and monitoring all activities relating to maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Develop annual and project-based budgets for facility and equipment maintenance.
• Plan and direct the work schedule with department employees.
• Provide for the safety of employees and property.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and achieve production goals.
