The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years in manufacturing, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office and CMMS skills. Salary ranges from $93,874 to $129,885 with bonus eligibility based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a similar role.
• Supervisory experience is a strong plus.
• Strong skills in MS Office and CMMS.
• Strong communication skills to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor all maintenance and facilities activities.
• Develop annual and project-based budgets for maintenance.
• Plan and direct work schedules with department staff.
• Ensure the safety of employees and company property.
• Maintain records on productivity and efficiency; supporting promotions/raises.
• Train and coach employees in job responsibilities and performance.
• Collaborate with contractors and managers to improve production efficiency.
