What You Will Be Doing

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of maintenance professionals while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Lead maintenance operations supporting a variety of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives designed to maximize uptime, improve reliability, and reduce operational disruptions
• Partner with production, engineering, and plant leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment optimization
• Utilize your technical expertise in PLCs, controls, mechanical, and electrical systems to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement long-term solutions

What You Need for This Position

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment and building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment
• Track record of improving equipment uptime and reliability through preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems and technical documentation; technical certifications or mechatronics training are a plus
