Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance on all equipment
  • Independently troubleshoot and improve manufacturing equipment
  • Assist in implementing new and improved equipment
  • Track and report maintenance issues
  • Follow safety procedures and update protocols
  • Ensure compound retains are rotated accordingly
  • Complete thorough repairs with feedback from internal customers
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance and production staff
  • Diagnose failed components and work safely up to 480V
  • Read electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Use digital voltmeter
  • Support maintenance activities as needed
  • Work flexible schedules including off-shifts and weekends
  • Attend outside training/seminars for ongoing education

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain housekeeping and perform 5S duties
  • Operate forklift and complete daily checklist

Skills & Abilities:

  • VFD, Motor Controls experience
  • PLC troubleshooting and modifications
  • Pneumatic, hydraulic, chilled water, HVAC systems knowledge
  • Strong electrical skills
  • Print reading and wiring
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Assertive, self-motivated
  • Ability to complete reports
  • Computer proficiency

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Constant use of upper extremities, standing, walking, bending, occasional sitting, crouching, stairs. Indoors and outdoors, climate-controlled and variable climates. Close visual work required.

Your Credentials:

  • 3-5 years manufacturing/maintenance experience preferred
  • High school diploma or technical degree preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional, reliable

Compensation: Starting at $25/hr + $1/hr shift differential, based on experience and electrical assessment.
