Job summary

KLA Industries in Anderson, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our manufacturing facility. You will drive reliability for production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, guiding a team to maximize uptime and lean operations.

You will champion preventive and predictive maintenance, oversee CMMS-driven planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred, with proven maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience leading maintenance in manufacturing environments, ideally plastics or automotive sectors.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team with clear performance expectations.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance through CMMS.
• Monitor KPIs: uptime, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate annual maintenance plans and plant shutdowns to minimize downtime.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, utilities, and facility infrastructure maintenance.
• Support TPM and Industry 4.0 initiatives; assist capital projects.
