Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for its Anderson, South Carolina facility. You will lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, and facilities.

You will drive preventative and predictive maintenance, optimize OEE, lead root-cause analyses, and manage budgets while aligning with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven maintenance leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with plastics, blow/molding or automotive manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance.
• Multi-craft maintenance spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems.
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning and records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team with clear performance expectations.
• Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work orders via CMMS.
• Monitor KPIs: uptime, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment, electrical, HVAC, utilities, and facilities.
• Lead TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support automation upgrades and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Participate in capital projects and equipment optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
