Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at its Anderson, South Carolina facility. You will oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities to maximize uptime and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading a maintenance team, implementing preventive and predictive programs, and managing CMMS planning and KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent technical training and industry experience will be considered.
• Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or automotive manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.
• Strong multi-craft maintenance management across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team with clear performance expectations and succession plans.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work orders via CMMS.
• Monitor KPIs: uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns to minimize production disruption.
• Oversee equipment, electrical, HVAC, utilities, and facility infrastructure maintenance.
• Support automation upgrades and Industry 4.0 initiatives where appropriate.
• Participate in capital projects for equipment and manufacturing systems.
