Job summary

Our client in Anderson, South Carolina seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the facility’s maintenance function, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline is preferred.
• Proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, and/or automotive manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.
• CMMS proficiency with maintenance planning, work-order management, and records.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team with clear performance expectations and development plans.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work-order execution through the CMMS.
• Monitor KPIs like uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns to minimize production disruption.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, electrical, HVAC, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Drive Total Productive Maintenance and other improvements to reliability and cost.
