Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in maintenance/reliability, CMMS proficiency, and strong electrical/instrumentation knowledge. Elegible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in maintenance/reliability.
• Experience leading a team in chemical, refinery, or PSM plants.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor metrics.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS.
• Manage CMMS, spare parts inventory, planning and scheduling.
• Support capital projects, design reviews, and new equipment installations.
• Ensure OSHA, API, ASME, ISO compliance.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary maintenance/reliability team.
• Facilitate PHAs and implement actions.
• Promote sustainability, energy efficiency, cost optimization.
