Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a 110-person maintenance team at our Green Bay, Wisconsin facility. You will drive reliability, safety, and cost-efficient asset performance, partnering with operations, engineering, and EHS to execute the maintenance work process.

You will develop supervisors and technicians, optimize scheduling, and manage planning to maximize asset uptime and production throughput. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.
Experience improving equipment reliability and operational performance.
Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, engineering, and support functions.
Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and skilled maintenance technicians.
Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all maintenance activities.
Ensure discipline and accountability for execution of the asset maintenance work process of planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities.
Oversee the staffing and hiring process of a team of approximately 110 members.
Oversee the training and development of coaches and technicians.
Manage maintenance planning and scheduling processes to optimize labor and resource utilization.
Build team capability through coaching, development, and performance management.
