Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years mechanical experience, preferably manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the maintenance and repair operations of the Leesburg facility.
• Schedule and supervise the Maintenance Department in the construction, maintenance, and repair of machinery and facilities at the Leesburg location.
• Supervise maintenance team including training and evaluation of these areas.
• Promote and drive team member development through continuous education, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
• Facilitate, guide, and direct the CMMS software implementation and use.
• Track and control the spare parts inventory and estimate costs.
• Schedule and direct rebuild projects and ensure documentation per policy.
• Monitor compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
