Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge and use of CMMS for maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance department to meet safety, quality, cost, and customer-service objectives.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Promote safety accountability and safe work practices.
• Develop maintenance and improvement strategies within budgets.
• Collaborate with operations to improve backlog health and asset availability.
• Ensure compliance with GP Operating and Maintenance Standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with mill leaders to drive year-over-year improvements.
• Mentor technicians and planners and build a culture of continuous improvement.
