Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Maintenance Coach to lead daily maintenance operations supporting production equipment and facility systems. You will drive reliability, safety, quality, and cost performance while building a high‑performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced mechanical/electrical knowledge, and hands‑on troubleshooting in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Compliance with OSHA and safe practices is essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance teams in high-volume environments.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance operations to support production equipment and facility systems.
Drive equipment reliability, safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Schedule and manage preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
Develop and mentor maintenance technicians and mechanics.
Coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
