Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the mechanical, reliability, and electrical maintenance department, and to guide engineering, projects, and plant services across the quarry to loadout.

You will work with production, quarry, and quality teams to ensure maintenance aligns with plant and company goals, driving efficiency and reliability throughout the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a functional role.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and lean tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across mechanical, reliability, and electrical functions.
• Guide plant operations with production, quarry, and quality teams.
• Develop SOPs, train staff, and implement maintenance systems.
