Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• EPA/CFC Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and HVAC knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and within 30 minutes of the property.
• On-call maintenance availability nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance projects including capital improvements.
• Coordinate repair of property grounds, apartments, and exteriors.
• Manage maintenance budgets and administrative tasks.
• Direct maintenance staff and 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Maintain records and monitor vendor performance.
• Solicit bids, track invoices, ensure timely payments.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Inspect community and address deficiencies.
• Order supplies within budget.
• Coordinate with property manager on updates.
