Job summary

KETTLER in Cary, NC is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will lead all maintenance operations, oversee staff, and maintain the property's curb appeal. You will spearhead preventive and daily maintenance with a focus on exceptional resident experience, aiming to exceed satisfaction and retention targets.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will manage budgets, coordinate repairs on grounds, buildings, and exteriors, supervise safety meetings, track invoices, and ensure on-call coverage,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Universal EPA/CFC Certification required.
• Expertise in troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in all maintenance projects including capital improvements.
• Coordinate and perform repair of property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors.
• Manage maintenance budgets and other administrative tasks.
• Direct all property/ground upkeep, preventive care, and maintenance service efforts.
• Maintain accurate records for all services performed.
• Coordinate all contracted services and monitor vendor performance for compliance.
