Job summary

KETTLER in the DC Metro area is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist - Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations across the portfolio. This role requires quick assessment, multi-site leadership, excellent customer service, and travel to sites throughout the DMV and regionally.

Under the Senior Director, Central Business Office, you will perform make-ready tasks, preventive maintenance, and coordinate vendors to sustain peak efficiency and curb appeal, delivering quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Universal EPA/CFC Certification is required.
• Proficiency in appliance, electrical and plumbing repair.
• Strong HVAC repair knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand champion and subject matter expert in KETTLER platform.
• Lead by example to maintain a professional image and high-performing team.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain property goals.
• Serve as a mentor to team members across the portfolio.
• Perform repair of apartment/building interior and exterior areas.
• Conduct community walks/inspections and uphold standards.
• Participate in maintenance projects including capital improvements.
• Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for property components.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests, troubleshoot and repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Manage after-hours emergencies on a rotational basis.
• Travel between sites throughout DMV area and regionally.
