Job summary

Anawim Housing is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property maintenance team.

The Maintenance Manager will provide leadership to maintenance staff, coordinate work orders and unit turns, maintain properties to a high standard, and ensure that maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable housing, health, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment, multifamily, commercial, or residential property maintenance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot general building issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Must own or have access to basic hand tools and a drill.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and activities.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily work orders and unit turns.
• Monitor completion of work orders for timely, quality service.
• Inspect vacant and occupied units and common areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work.
