You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure residents enjoy a clean, safe environment. The role requires mechanical aptitude, strong leadership, and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards. Qualifications

• HVAC and building maintenance expertise required.
• Strong knowledge of safety and Fair Housing practices.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site general maintenance and repairs across trades.
• Plan turnover and preventive maintenance; prioritize work orders.
• Order supplies and manage inventory; oversee contractors.
• Train staff and participate in contractor selection.
• Process invoices and purchase orders; ensure safety protocols.
